Maximilien's Vault skins

I've been hearing around that the new Maximilien's Vault could contain OWL and BP skins, such as Widow's Ghostly Bride and Ange De La Mort (the two im praying i get—if possible). If this is the case then that is very exciting for new players who couldn't obtain the skins early on, but if it is not the case, then oh well.
