Other details: I remember playing this on someone's PC. When you wanted to boot it, there was a launcher with a flashing ad. It looked cheap. Pretty sure it was mostly silent. The cars were sedans only, pretty sure most of them were european cars. The menu had a car endlessly driving on a road. The cars felt weird to drive, quite difficult. I don't remember anything else.
